Connecting people through what matters.

Brian Brozovic

I’m Brian Brozovic — a meat scientist, strategist, writer, seminarian, advocate, husband and dad. My work lives at the intersection of food, faith, lived experience and service.

Different rooms. The same person.

My work has taken me through meat plants and boardrooms, pulpits and classrooms, farms and conference stages, recovery rooms and family life. They may look like different worlds. To me, they are connected by the same questions: How do we care for people? How do we tell the truth? How do we use what we know in service to others?

Food is my expertise.
Faith is my foundation.
Advocacy is my service.
Family is my vocation.

Start with the part of my work that brought you here.

These worlds overlap, but you don't have to start with all of them.

Food & Agriculture

Meat science, markets, processing, biotechnology and the policies shaping how we produce and understand food.

Recovery, trauma, disability, caregiving and the work of making difficult lives less lonely.

Advocacy

Faith & Theology

Food theology, preaching, recovery, vocation and a faith willing to meet the complexity of real life.

Ideas worth carrying forward.

Some of my work begins in conversation. Some of it becomes writing, teaching or a room full of people thinking together.

Analysis and essays on meat markets, agriculture, food science, public policy, biotechnology, theology and the places those conversations intersect.

Speaking & Media

Keynotes, panels, podcasts, teaching and conversations built around expertise, lived experience and what an audience actually needs.

There is probably an intersection worth exploring.

Whether you're looking for a speaker, an industry perspective, a collaborator, a conversation about faith or advocacy, or simply found something here that made you think differently, I'd be glad to hear from you.
